• Participant Registration: Administering youth enrolment in the Online Record Book (ORB) and validating progress through Bronze, Silver, and Gold award levels.
• Parental/Guardian Consent: Securing verifiable consent for participants under the age of 18 undertaking expeditions and outdoor activities.
• Award Certification & Conferment: Preparing presidential certificates and coordinating verification for State House Gold presentation ceremonies.
• Safeguarding & Welfare: Ensuring safety, emergency contacts, medical disclosures for adventurous journeys, and compliance with national child protection laws.

Under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to request access to your records, rectify inaccurate data, withdraw consent, or request erasure subject to statutory record-retention requirements under the Public Archives and Documentation Service Act.
