Prequalification of Suppliers, Contractors and Consultants (FY 2026–2028)

The President’s Award–Kenya invites eligible suppliers, contractors, and consultants to apply for prequalification for the period 2026–2028.

This exercise is conducted in line with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and relevant regulations. Interested parties are encouraged to submit applications within the stipulated timelines as outlined in the official notice.

Documents may be obtained free of charge from the website or PPIP Portal (tender.go.ke), or in person from the Supply Chain Management Office, Likoni Road, Industrial Area – Nairobi.
Bidders who download the document must register their interest by emailing procurement@presidentsaward.go.ke with their name, email, postal/telephone address, and tender details.
Completed applications should be submitted or deposited in the Tender Box at The President’s Award – Kenya, Supplies Branch, Likoni Road, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, P.O. Box 62185–00200, Nairobi. Late submissions will not be accepted.
